Whether you consider yourself lazy or not, you will be spending almost half of your life lying on a bed. No wonder bedrooms deserve all the attention and care in planning, designing, and furnishing. Today we will talk about bedroom design architecture, and how to get it right in the first attempt.

It goes without saying that the bedroom is one of the most important living spaces in a house. However, not everyone pays enough attention to designing a bedroom that makes life more comfortable. 1. Locating the Main Bedroom in your overall floor plan design

Placement of the bedroom in your floor plan design is the most crucial step to designing a good bedroom. Deciding where you want your bedroom in the house depends on many factors. 


For example, if you live in a hot climate region, a north-facing bedroom makes a lot of sense because of low direct sunlight in the mornings and evenings. It also keeps the room cooler, and that is very important for sound sleep. 


If you are planning a new house, it gives you the advantage of having the bedroom exactly where you want. Make sure it is not the first thing guests notice when they walk into your house. Similarly, you would not want your bedroom in a place where you do not have much privacy.
